English Violin Showman Greg Scott was first discovered by music svengali Pete Waterman leading to a Worldwide Record Deal.  As heard on Classic FM Radio Station, Greg’s version of ‘Ashokan Farewell’, helped his debut Album ‘DUEL’ go straight to No.1 in the UK Classical Album Charts.
Exciting Performances as a soloist at The Royal Albert Hall and Headlining his own Show accompanied by The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra in Asia soon followed.  “You need all the elements together,” says Greg, “the repertoire, the performance on stage, and a bit of a spark as well — hopefully a lot of a spark!”
Greg started life as a violinist in Manchester with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra after finishing his studies at Chetham’s School of Music and The Royal Northern College of Music.
Greg’s Live Show ‘Rhapsody – The World By Music’ is an exciting visual and musical journey around the world.  Energetic Classical, Celtic, Tango & Gypsy Music are an exciting mix, making audiences around the world jump to their feet.

 

 

Creating arrangements for Greg has proved to be some of the most challenging and satisisfying work I've undertaken. The work often involves creating a full orchestral score which Greg will take into the studio to create a backing track. In addition to this, I create charts for a nine piece live band which will be played by the house bands on cruise ships.

Like many others that I write for, we have never met in person. A simple email describing what Greg wants is enough to get the job done!
